Club Email Addresses
The Club is now offering all Club Members a free email address of the format: 'yourname@salfordttc.org'.
Not only that, but you can use this to read/send emails from any on-line computer anywhere in the world; just point your Web Browser to webmail.salfordttc.org. Once logged-in, you'll find there's also an on-line Address Book & on-line Diary there too, should you wish to use them!
On the other hand, if you prefer to use your home computer's 'normal' email program (e.g. Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird, etc.) to read/send emails, then you can do that too in the usual way. Or you could do both ..its up to you!
How to Get your Club Email Address
Either have a word with us on Club night, or use the Contact Us form to ask. You'll be given a password to enable you to access your emails, but you can change that yourself (perhaps to something more memorable) on-line.
Using your Club Email Address with Webmail
- From any on-line computer, go to this webpage webmail.salfordttc.org
- Log-in using the email address and password that we'll send you
- Change your password to something more memorable, if you want to.
- Er, that's it!
Using your Club Email Address with Outlook Express (etc).
The exact instructions will depend upon which program you are running, but for instructions for setting-up Outlook Express CLICK HERE. All of the information you'll be asked for is shown below (though you may not need all of this detail!):
